TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the Company's proposal to issue 810,810 finder's warrants (the "Warrants") to Spinta Capital LLC (the "Finder") pursuant to Engagement Agreement dated January 30, 2024, and due to their involvement as a finder of credit funding from Celtic Bank Corporation, whereby the Company obtained access to US$4,000,000 principal amount advance (the "Loan"). The Loan matures on March 27, 2027 and accrues interest at Wall Street Journal Prime plus 4% per annum.
Each Warrant entitles the Finder to purchase one common share at $0.20 per share for a period of five years from issuance.
