Direct Listing
An issuer already listed on another stock exchange may list directly on Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) or TSX Venture Exchange if they are able to meet our listing standards. As well, these issuers may be eligible for certain exemptions from our regulatory and reporting requirements if they are listed on a stock exchange recognized by TSX, and if that stock exchange has similar listing requirements as TSX or TSX Venture.
