ICD Directors Register™

Both The Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and TMX Group believe that educated, competent qualified directors strengthen board performance. ICD has recently launched the ICD Directors Register™, a national member database of highly-skilled professionals who are qualified, available and ready to serve on Boards. Highly specialized customer service helps to refine the search process and identify candidates with the best qualifications.

Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange issuers now have the opportunity to conduct a search using the ICD Directors Register. Search criteria provided to the ICD typically yields 4-5 candidates which will then be shared with the issuer for follow up discussions. Search criteria requested by the issuer may include items such as breadth of experience, sector experience, diversity of candidates and specialized skills.

The ICD Directors Register is a personal service that assists organizations in finding the best Directors to help them create better Boards. The ICD Directors Register offers:
