Northcliff Resources Ltd. (the "Company") – An application has been granted for the original listing in the Mining category of 67,572,099 common shares of the Company, of which 61,395,545 common shares are issued and outstanding, and 6,176,554 common shares are reserved for issuance.
The common shares of the Company will be listed and posted for trading at the opening on Thursday, February 2, 2012.
The Company is subject to the reporting requirements of Section 501 of the TSX Company Manual.

Nature of Business: The Company is a mineral exploration company. The Company owns a 70% interest in the tungsten-molybdenum Sisson Project located in New Brunswick.
