The gross proceeds received by the Company for the Offering were $450,000
(3,000,000 common shares at $0.15 per share). The Company is classified as a
'Mineral Exploration' company.
Commence Date: At the opening on Tuesday, June 19, 2012, the common shares of the Company will be listed and IMMEDIATELY HALTED on the TSX Venture Exchange.
